Replacement Parts
We diagnose your equipment and point at what is wrong with it. Our certified workers identify the problem with your equipment. If it happens to be a damaged part of the equipment which is beyond repair, we can provide replacement parts at affordable costs and fix it at a reduced price.
Assessment
We have qualified and registered workers whose job is to assess your equipment and identify what exactly is wrong with it. These are the people you meet once you contact us to describe in detail what went wrong. You only need to tell us what went wrong and we will definitely do the rest.
Repair
If your equipment requires repair, our skilled technicians repair it to manufacturer’s standards. We at WINDMARKS Projects L.P. have excellence as one of our core values. We value our clients and their equipment, as such, we don’t recruit unskilled repairers. We will repair it and make it perhaps even better than you brought it.
Dispatch
After repairing and testing, if the equipment is being fixed on site, it fоllоwѕ that wе will arrange уоur еquiрmеnt out. We will contact you promptly via the details you have provided. You саn either come to pick it up yourself or wе can make proper arrangements to dispatch it to your location.
Testing
We are very painstaking in all our dealings with clients. As a result of this, after repair, we subject your equipment to a series of tests to ensure optimal functionality. This includes PAT test and a host of others. You can always reach out to us if there is a particular test you would like being carried out. And, of course, we will give you a copy of the test report.
